OVERVIEW This website is operated by Whiskers Way. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Whiskers Way. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including all additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence to use this site.
  • You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access.

2. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason (fraud suspicion, reseller activity, etc.).

3. Accuracy of Information & Product Descriptions We strive to be accurate but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, shipping times, or other content is 100% accurate, complete, or current. Colors may vary due to monitor differences.

4. Prices & Payment All prices are in USD (or CAD where shown) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing or typographical errors.

5. Orders & Shipping

  • We ship worldwide but primarily from suppliers in China and/or the United States.
  • Current shipping times: 8–25 business days depending on location and supplier (US orders using US warehouses: 5–12 days).
  • Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, carrier issues, or high demand. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
  • Tracking numbers are provided once available.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or reseller activity.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools We may provide access to third-party tools and links over which we have no control. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

9. User Comments & Submissions Any reviews, comments, or suggestions you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whiskers Way and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whiskers Way and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

15. SMS / Mobile Message Terms By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and abandoned-cart SMS messages from Whiskers Way. Message frequency varies.
