At Whiskers Way, your cat’s happiness is everything. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on almost every product.

If you or your cat aren’t completely thrilled, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

What’s Covered

  • Virtually all unopened or lightly used products in resellable condition
  • Original packaging and accessories strongly preferred (but not required — we get it, cats happen)

What’s Not Covered

  • Pet food, treats, litter, or hygiene products (opened or not)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or “my cat destroyed it in 5 minutes”

How It Works

  1. Contact us at contact@whiskersway.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for US addresses (you pay return shipping from outside the US or if the reason is “changed my mind” on certain large items).
  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (minus any restocking/shipping fees where applicable).

Important Notes

  • Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items.
  • For “changed my mind” returns on large items (cat trees, wheels, furniture over 20 lbs), a 15–25% restocking fee may apply to cover return costs.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the error was ours.
