Shipping Policy – Whiskers Way

We’re obsessed with getting your cat’s new favorite thing to you as fast as possible — but we also believe in being 100% upfront about timelines so there are no surprises.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (most ship in 2–3 days). Weekends and holidays don’t count.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship worldwide from our trusted suppliers in Asia and the United States using reliable partners (USPS, DHL eCommerce, YunExpress, 4PX, ePacket, etc.). If we have the item in a US warehouse (we’re adding more every month), you’ll get it lightning fast.

Estimated Delivery Times (from the day it ships)

  • United States: 8–20 business days (average 10–15 days) → Many orders now arrive in 7–12 days thanks to US warehousing on bestsellers
  • Canada: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

These are realistic estimates based on 2025 data. Delays can and do happen (customs, weather, carrier volume, holidays, global events). We have zero control over those, but we’ll always help you track and sort it out.

Tracking You’ll get a tracking number within 1–7 days after your order ships (usually 2–4 days). Some carriers take 3–7 days to update tracking — totally normal, not lost.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn’t arrived 45 days after shipping (60 days for international), contact us and we’ll reship or refund you 100% — no questions asked.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. You’re responsible for these (just like ordering from any overseas store).
